This webinar offers a comprehensive deep dive into the Institutional Development Plan (IDP), a critical component of strategic planning, quality assurance, and NAAC accreditation. Led by Dr. Asha Rajiv, Director – IQAC & School of Sciences, Jain University and NAAC Peer Team Member, the webinar will guide participants through the complete IDP lifecycle—from understanding NAAC expectations and institutional context to setting priorities, defining short- and long-term goals, and translating them into actionable, time-bound plans.
